We offer consulting services in themes questioning interior design and style. The client is invited to book a free unbinding interview on-site and confer on first ideas and needs regarding theme or project in mind. We will then evaluate and discuss the case with first ideas and possible directions.
Our research is committed to pursue a worthily and valuable result. A professional service requires significant resources in time and labor to fulfill a curated standard for details and quality. A contract of service will describe the parts for approval prior to all different stages.

Furniture brands listed for contracts and strong partnerships held in the past are still possible today throughout local official partners of these names, and are only provided within specific project areas and contracts.

FURNISHING SERVICE
We offer furnishing services for privates, professionals and corporates by following the entire production process to final delivery and installation service. Within Switzerland delivery is mostly free of charge. Consignments within Europe and rest of the World are possible only for registered nordisk clients. Terms and Conditions of service are discussed and described according to the specific case and destination. A sales contract will describe all terms and conditions according to the specific situation and case.
FURNITURE
Contact our office for enquiries or for unbinding offers of furniture programs we represent. Offers can only be sent to requests stated with a clear name, surname, mobile and address identity profile.
SIA members are automatically entitled to all terms and conditions valid for registered @nordisk.store clients.

CURTAINS
A professional tailoring service is offered for custom made finishes and curtain systems.
Our experienced craftsmen are available throughout the entire project and process and can assist with on-site visits to provide individual advice and solutions. A professional service is dedicated from the beginning to perfect final delivery.

UPHOLSTERY AND TAILORING SERVICES
A professional upholstery service is available for custom made solutions and within nordisk aesthetical boundaries. Our experienced craftsman will ensure best quality tailoring and upholstery service.

TEXTILES
Nordisk sells selected high quality fabrics of different price ranges and uses by the meter. Samples can be consulted by appointment with our dedicated and experienced personnel or are always partly visible in our visual settings.

WEDDING LISTS
Wedding lists are available within our corporate image, online and offline.
Planners and families are welcome to book an appointment with our dedicated staff in order to discuss all details and plan an exclusive and valuable wedding list.

CORPORATE GIFTS
Corporate gift services are offered to companies and corporations. We will take care and plan all details for the perfect gift idea and packaging.

ORDERING ONLINE

Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order and again when it is dispatched. We will notify you by email if your order for some exceptional reason needs to be postponed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are not able to deliver to your area, or one or more of the goods are for some exceptional reason not available anymore.
If we do have to cancel your order we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.
All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
Please use the basket to calculate the cost of shipping. As they fluctuate, we cannot provide a static table of rates. In any case we are committed to offer the best and lowest rates available.

DELIVERY

Orders placed on our website are processed at least once a day during our opening hours. We aim to dispatch orders within one or two working days. Once dispatched you should receive your parcel within 1–2 days within Switzerland, and 7–10 days for worldwide. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If for some reason we are not able to dispatch your order within one working day we will notify the inconvenience to our customer.
Each of our deliveries are carefully processed and have a unique tracking code that we can use to trace missing parcels. Therefore please note that lead times for order placed during the weekend may slightly differ. In any case we do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
In the area of Lugano city we deliver in person by the end of every third working day.
For orders that are super urgent please get in touch and we do our best to organise a flash delivery. To flash deliveries an additional delivery fee may be applied.
For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs.
Packages refused or returned by the customer will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% per item.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to each item returned for full refund. As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee contributes to processing orders and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

We process all payments including credit/debit card transactions through stripe.com . All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and may be subject to additional shipping charges in foreign countries.
Payments are processed through stripe.com checkout area ensuring that the payment channel is protected and secure.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product please notify us immediately after receiving your order. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty packages please contact us at customer@nordisk.store

You will receive a full refund if:

  • Goods are returned to us within the next 2 working days of receipt for return.
  • Goods are returned in saleable condition with their original packaging and seals.
For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs. We will not accept returns if the item is missing our return label, or if the item indicates signs of use and is not repackaged in a neat and clean way back to us. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is in your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in backward transit.
We do not offer exchanges on goods purchased online, except the client is able to come to our shop in person within 30 days, and has placed his claim within the usual lead terms.
All items on sale are final sale without exception. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Apothecary and personal fragrances are final sale without exception.
Full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for refund but may be eligible for store credit if returned within 7 days of purchase and passes inspection by our sales team.
To begin a return, please contact our sales team at customer@nordisk.store with your order number and reason for return, along with tracking  for the package. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged up with all original tags, packaging, etc and include our return note with order number and report. Please ship your package to our address:

Nordisk respects your privacy rights. When you purchase items from our online shop you will be asked to provide contact details and card details. Your contact details are stored securely and responsibly. We will use this data to process and deliver your orders efficiently to you. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
